Our centre aims to provide quality long day care and preschool programs in a supportive , nurturing environment that is responsive to individual needs and aims to provide a high level of care and education.
Here at Teddy Bear we are committed to providing a friendly, safe and nurturing environment, with a team that has both the training and experience to provide the highest quality care expected from parents.
We provide individual programming to stimulate all developmental areas for each child. Our long day care is dedicated to emerging school readiness programme including literacy, numeracy and computer skills.
We encourage a love of learning. Our team provide excellent preschool solutions for children aged Six Weeks to Six Years in Hurstville.
It is our vision to create an environment where all families, children and staff feel respected and valued in an inclusive, learning community so that each child has every opportunity to develop to their fullest potential. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, our centre works alongside you and your child to actively promote developmental growth and learning through worthwhile and challenging experiences and interactions.

My name is Josie, I have the privilege of being the Director here at Teddy Bear Early Learning Centre – Railway Pde
I have been working in the early childhood sector for over 25 years and have developed a wealth of knowledge and experience.
I am passionate about children and their growth and believe a successful learning environment for children to thrive is created through the formation of positive relationships between educators, children and their families.
I look forward to partnering with our children and families during this fundamental stage of their life – please come and say hi.
